Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask StyleKaleido to delete account data, uploaded photos, generated style boards, and related records associated with your account.

How to request deletion

Email hanning.charles.gong@gmail.com from the email address connected to your StyleKaleido account with the subject "Delete my StyleKaleido data".

Include the login method you used, such as Google or email, so we can locate the correct account.

What we delete

We delete account profile records, uploaded photos, generated style boards, saved styles, and authentication/session records that StyleKaleido controls.

Payment records handled by Stripe may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, chargeback, or legal compliance.

Timing

We aim to respond within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership.

If we cannot verify ownership or must retain limited records for legal reasons, we will explain what we can and cannot delete.
